What an enchanting place Siem Reap in Cambodia is. The people. The food. The temples. The culture. The hotels. We headed over there unexpectedly, escaping from the wet weather in Hội An, Vietnam, and I’m so glad we did.
In January 2022, Siem Reap is opening up to fully vacinated foreign visitors to the UNESCO-listed temples of Angkor.
In Siem Reap we stayed at the Rambutan boutique resort we found on Instagram. Set around the tropical gardens and a pool, the hotel is built in the traditional Khmer village style. It’s delightful and stylish!
